Meet Our Founder

Dr. Bryan R. Whitlock, M.D.

Board-Certified M.D. Founded Practice 2000 Tulsa Native

Dr. Bryan R. Whitlock is a born and raised Tulsan who originally founded his first practice, Tulsa Plastic Surgery, in July of 2000. He also helped found Tulsa's Reflexion Medical Spa. Dr. Whitlock now provides all cosmetic surgery needs with both original brands combined under Whitlock Cosmetic Center of Oklahoma.

Dr. Whitlock completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of Oklahoma as well as a Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Oklahoma State University and his Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma — making him the only Cosmetic Surgeon in Tulsa who is both a Sooner and a Cowboy.

He specializes in Breast Enhancement, Body Contouring, and Facial Rejuvenation, and is renowned for his masterful knowledge of quick-recovery surgical procedures, incredible bedside manner, and unique ability to bring comfort to what can be a life-changing decision.
